Personal slant on Versailles by Murakami by Adrienne Jalbert

Murakami's perception of French history through the "hey-day" of Versailles has inspired his original way of addressing this period and the magnificent location that is Versailles. While his exhuberant works juxtapose the ambiance of the palatial rooms, his  big central pieces create a believeable imaginary dialalogue in situ.                                                         I like the way Murakami expresses his concept of his exhibition.
